Welcome to Z Consulting International, LLC. By engaging our consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Z Consulting International, LLC agrees to provide consulting services as outlined in the specific proposal or statement of work signed or accepted by the client. Services may include strategy, analysis, workshops, recommendations, and implementation support as agreed in writing.
The client agrees to provide timely access to people, information, and systems reasonably required to perform the services. Delays in providing access may result in timeline adjustments.
Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule (for example, monthly or by milestone). Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Z Consulting International, LLC reserves the right to suspend work if payments are materially overdue.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for direct costs charged by third parties (for example, travel booked in the client’s name, licensed data, or platform fees). Our professional fees are separate unless explicitly included in a fixed-fee proposal.
Either party may terminate the agreement as specified in the governing contract or statement of work. Upon termination, Z Consulting International, LLC will cooperate to transition materials and return or destroy confidential information as agreed.
